Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee matters with empathy and sound judgment.
  • Translate Jobber’s People strategy into meaningful action.
  • Partner with leaders on change management initiatives.
  • Analyze people data to proactively identify trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the People team.
  • Contribute to People team planning and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Robust experience in a similar role, preferably supporting a scaling technology organization.
  • Strong relationships built by quickly creating trust among the teams you work with.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Team orientation and a belief that team success is as important as personal success.
  • Firm understanding of employment legislation relevant to the business.
  • Seeks learning and feedback continuously.
  • Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges.
