Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration or law, or completed vocational training with additional qualification
- Ideally certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or equivalent
- Several years of relevant professional experience in HR, preferably in an industrial/technical environment
- Independent working style
- High sense of responsibility
- Solution-oriented team player
- Good knowledge of business administration and of labor, social and collective bargaining law
- Confident user of MS Office applications; ideally experience with SAP and SuccessFactors
- Openness to digital processes
- Quick comprehension of the requirements of your internal stakeholders
