Responsibilities
Support in operational HR tasks (e.g., drafting employment contracts, contract amendments and other administrative HR activities)
Manage applicant tracking as the primary contact for candidates
Publish job postings, communicate with applicants and coordinate interviews
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
Contribute to HR projects and gain insight into various areas of personnel work
Requirements
Enrolled in economics, humanities or social sciences with a focus on or strong interest in HR
Initial practical experience in HR is an advantage
