About the role

  • HR Generalist managing compliance and payroll processes while supporting clients' HR needs at OneDigital. Collaborating with internal team to optimize HR functions and deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR programs and projects partnering with internal team and clients
  • Execute and optimize day-to-day HR processes
  • Process full cycle payroll
  • Implement strategic and tactical HR plans and processes
  • Support HR Consultant and clients on all tactical HR matters
  • Manage multi-state payroll and related activities
  • Perform benefits administration, including COBRA administration and open enrollment
  • Provide consultative support to build working alliance with clients
  • Conduct HR research and assist in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate file maintenance of all documents and data

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of related or equivalent human resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
  • Experience processing full cycle multistate payroll is preferred
  • SHRM-CP and/or HRCI-PHR certifications are highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
