About the role

  • Manager for HR Service Center overseeing day-to-day operations of retirement benefit plans. Guiding compliance while managing escalated colleague inquiries and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage steady state administrative processes that support plan design and regulatory compliance for ESPP and 401(k) plans
  • Examine facts while applying use of various federal and state regulations to provide case resolution for escalated colleague inquiries
  • Manage weekly funding of defined contribution trust accounts
  • Manage end-to-end ESPP administration; including enrollments and tax reporting
  • Serve as proxy/delegate for Project Manager
  • Manage colleague account correction processing ensuring plan compliance
  • Support participant claims and appeals administration
  • Support acquisition, divestiture and plan merger projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Human Resources or similar work
  • ERISA plan administration certification preferred
  • 401k operations management, benefits administration and/or stock plan management
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and/or retirement/stock plan platforms
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, or equivalent work experience may be considered
