About the role
- Manager for HR Service Center overseeing day-to-day operations of retirement benefit plans. Guiding compliance while managing escalated colleague inquiries and administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage steady state administrative processes that support plan design and regulatory compliance for ESPP and 401(k) plans
- Examine facts while applying use of various federal and state regulations to provide case resolution for escalated colleague inquiries
- Manage weekly funding of defined contribution trust accounts
- Manage end-to-end ESPP administration; including enrollments and tax reporting
- Serve as proxy/delegate for Project Manager
- Manage colleague account correction processing ensuring plan compliance
- Support participant claims and appeals administration
- Support acquisition, divestiture and plan merger projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in Human Resources or similar work
- ERISA plan administration certification preferred
- 401k operations management, benefits administration and/or stock plan management
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and/or retirement/stock plan platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, or equivalent work experience may be considered
