Responsibilities
Manage steady state administrative processes that support plan design and regulatory compliance for ESPP and 401(k) plans
Examine facts while applying use of various federal and state regulations to provide case resolution for escalated colleague inquiries
Manage weekly funding of defined contribution trust accounts
Manage end-to-end ESPP administration; including enrollments and tax reporting
Serve as proxy/delegate for Project Manager
Manage colleague account correction processing ensuring plan compliance
Support participant claims and appeals administration
Support acquisition, divestiture and plan merger projects
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in Human Resources or similar work
ERISA plan administration certification preferred
401k operations management, benefits administration and/or stock plan management
Strong knowledge of HR systems and/or retirement/stock plan platforms
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, or equivalent work experience may be considered
