Responsibilities
Independently manage allocations in the externally outsourced payroll accounting across various workflows
Support the administrative onboarding process for new employees and participate in the hiring process
Monitor timely return of personnel documents and handle HR-related inquiries
Record employees' working time data in our software Vivendi
Coordinate internship applications and manage internship contracts
Monitor deadlines related to occupational health and safety trainings
Prepare employment references and statistics
Support or independently contribute to projects
IT coordination during cover/backup periods
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., clerk for office management, office communication clerk, administrative clerk, or equivalent)
Several years of prior experience and solid qualifications in HR management / personnel administration / labor law
Enthusiasm for diverse responsibilities and a willingness to learn
Strong communication skills, proactive, team-oriented and service-focused
Experience using Outlook, Excel and Word
