About the role

  • HR Project Manager overseeing central HR projects and developing HR structures internationally. Requires experience in HR, project management, and strong communication skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with the Head of HR and independent planning, management and execution of cross-functional HR projects (including compliance, people and organizational development, HR controlling, and harmonization and internationalization of processes, policies and tools).
  • Support for M&A projects from an HR perspective, particularly during the integration of new entities and teams and the implementation of unified HR standards.
  • Analysis of existing HR processes and proactive development and implementation of efficient, future-proof solutions.
  • Central interface between HR (HR Advisors & Recruiting) and international stakeholders.
  • Preparation and facilitation of workshops, project meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or vocational training with relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in (international) HR, ideally with a focus on organizational development, process optimization and change management.
  • Experience managing HR projects using project management tools (ideally Wrike) and results-oriented stakeholder management.
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong motivation and passion for optimizing, harmonizing and sustainably establishing processes and structures.
  • High commitment and reliability — including for conceptual projects and adjacent HR topics.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
