Responsibilities
Consult with business partners to identify analytic needs, interpret workforce data, and apply practical analytic solutions that support strategic and operational decision making.
Use statistical analysis and data visualization tools to develop analyses and dashboards that clearly demonstrate the relationship between HR metrics and business outcomes.
Analyze complex data and model outputs to produce actionable insights and recommendations, tailoring communication for both technical and non technical audiences.
Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management.
