  • HR Advisor managing the employee lifecycle including onboarding and performance management. Collaborating with partners and leaders in an international law firm context.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for employees as well as partners and leaders
  • Support throughout the entire employee life cycle – from successful onboarding to exit
  • Active role in performance and talent management
  • Coordination of the annual salary and bonus process

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or social sciences with an HR focus, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in HR across different contexts
  • Very precise working style and a strong eye for detail
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
