  • The role will focus on attracting, assessing, and selecting professionals who meet the company’s needs, directly contributing to the quality of hires and the achievement of business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Experience managing a high volume of vacancies across different profiles and hierarchical levels (Operational to Managerial);
  • Familiarity with recruitment and selection platforms.
