Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers
Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events
Screen and interview candidates, assess their qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers
Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish
Build a strong network of professional relationships with current and potential employees and industry contacts
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and be aware of job market changes to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent
Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and improve the recruitment process continuously
Ensure a positive candidate experience and build strong relationships

Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales or GTM Recruiter or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communications
Strong sourcing and networking skills through the use of Linkedin and other tools
In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws for India
Familiar in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday
Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities
Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
6+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within a technology product domain with a sizable global backdrop
High familiarity in Enterprise IT or Software sales or ability to attract top sales talents in niche domains
