Manage full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume Dental Designer roles
Develop creative recruiting strategies and build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent
Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team
Build and provide data-driven insights to improve recruiting processes
Requirements
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience working with hiring managers and closing candidates
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Track record of success in recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels
Excellent networker who understands how to engage high-caliber candidates
Excellent communicator with the ability to persuade and advise executives
Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems and drive decisions
Ability to work Monday - Thursday onsite in our Belen office
