About the role

  • Recruiter role at Randstad responsible for screening operational candidates and supporting recruitment efforts. Focus on building relationships and ensuring positive candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
  • Performs assignments using existing procedures
  • Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
  • Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding

Requirements

  • Assists with the screening and interviews of operational candidates within the framework of the short-term position specification
  • Assists with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing local-based candidate expertise and short-term career potential to match specific client needs, including temporary and order-based staffing requests
  • Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders
  • Supports the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and adjust approaches accordingly to attract operational candidates
  • Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify operational candidates with limited online presence
  • Develops relationships with operational candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process
  • Communicates effectively the Operational position opportunity and client value proposition to operational candidates
