Responsibilities
Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline

Requirements
Assists with the screening and interviews of operational candidates within the framework of the short-term position specification
Assists with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing local-based candidate expertise and short-term career potential to match specific client needs, including temporary and order-based staffing requests
Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders
Supports the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and adjust approaches accordingly to attract operational candidates
Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify operational candidates with limited online presence
Develops relationships with operational candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process
Communicates effectively the Operational position opportunity and client value proposition to operational candidates
