About the role

  • TA Operations Lead overseeing and executing day-to-day recruiting operations in India for Cohesity while driving process improvements. Leading a team and collaborating globally to ensure high-quality candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of TA Operations Specialists in India.
  • Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and coverage planning.
  • Serve as a hands-on TA Operations Specialist for leadership and high-complexity roles.
  • Handle escalations related to processes and systems, resolving issues with sound judgment.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Continuously assess and improve the experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Use feedback and data to identify trends and drive enhancements to TA operations.
  • Partner with People Technology and global stakeholders on change management and rollout of new tools.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and other teams to maintain compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with People Operations for a seamless, compliant offer-to-hire process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a related coordination/program management role.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management or team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes and the candidate lifecycle, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
  • Familiarity with India employment practices, hiring compliance, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands across a team and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort working across time zones and collaborating with global teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • Must have English language proficiency (can interact with a degree of fluency when speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized setting).
