About the role

  • Regional Recruiter conducting full-cycle recruiting for GTM, G&A, and Engineering roles in APAC. Partnering with hiring managers to build high-performing teams in Chennai and Bangalore.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM (including regional Sales), G&A, and Engineering roles across key APAC markets including Chennai, Bangalore, Taipei, Singapore, Japan, and remote positions across the broader region.
  • Leverage diverse channels — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals — to identify and attract top-tier talent across multiple disciplines and markets.
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit across technical, commercial, and corporate profiles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders across time zones to understand workforce needs and build tailored recruitment strategies by function and market.
  • Develop and maintain a robust, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs across GTM, G&A, and Engineering in all primary APAC locations.
  • Keep candidate records accurate and current in our ATS, and use data to track pipeline health and report on recruiting metrics.
  • Lead offer negotiations and extensions across multiple markets, balancing candidate expectations with internal comp frameworks and local market norms.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity adheres to company policy and the varying legal and regulatory requirements across APAC markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for at least two of the three core functions: Go-to-Market/Sales (regional experience strongly preferred), General & Administrative, and Software Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of what great looks like across technical, commercial, and corporate talent profiles.
  • Hands-on recruiting experience across key APAC markets; familiarity with talent landscapes in India, Taiwan (Taipei), Singapore, and/or Japan strongly preferred.
  • Comfort navigating multi-country hiring, including varying compensation norms, employment practices, and candidate expectations by market.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple open requisitions across time zones in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
