Sales Development Representative driving new opportunities by engaging with potential customers for AI-powered decision intelligence platform based in Heidelberg. Collaborating with marketing and customer success teams for effective targeting.
Responsibilities
You reach out to potential customers — by phone, video call or on-site — and speak directly with decision-makers across industries (primarily outbound).
You conduct high-level conversations with target customers, identify their business needs, and compellingly generate interest in our products.
You own the full sales process — from contact identification and data preparation to needs analysis and internal handover — and continuously work to optimize these processes.
You work closely with our Marketing Manager, Account Executives and Customer Success experts to achieve the best results together.
You meet and exceed personal targets, contribute to company goals, create something you can be proud of — and, of course, earn money along the way.
Requirements
You have experience as an SDR and industry knowledge, ideally 1–2 years of professional experience selling SaaS products (preferably in AI) and/or in supply chain management.
You are tech-savvy and use modern tools and technologies to professionalize and automate your sales activities.
You possess strong business acumen and commercial awareness, which you apply to solve complex problems and develop solutions.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you confidently engage internal and external stakeholders, negotiate, ask questions and provide feedback.
You have good time-management and organizational skills — you set measurable goals for daily and long-term tasks and know how to achieve them.
You are eager to learn and resilient — you use feedback as an opportunity for growth while remaining self-assured.
You want to grow and, in the long term, take on the role of an Account Executive within the company.
You speak fluent German (native or bilingual, as the focus is on DACH) and English (we operate internationally).
