About the role

  • Inbound Sales Development Representative at Perk, focused on qualifying leads and enhancing sales pipeline. Engage with diverse clients and collaborate with sales professionals to drive growth in the travel sector.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads received via our website, chat, email, and marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound prospects and schedule consultations with our Account Directors.
  • Identify and assess the needs of prospective customers, providing clear information about Perk’s value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records and interactions in Salesforce.
  • Develop expert knowledge of the Perk platform to answer prospect questions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead flow and qualification processes.
  • Engage in consultative conversations with Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers to understand their challenges and present Perk’s solutions.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; native XX language skills and high English proficiency are required.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with leads through excellent listening and consultative skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with sound judgement and integrity.
  • Eager to learn and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Legal authorisation to work in Spain is required.
