Responsibilities
Confident communication with consumers primarily from Romania via telephone, email, chat, and letter, especially in Romanian language, as well as solution-oriented and competent handling of their concerns.
Efficient processing of files and maintenance of CRM systems.
Close collaboration with colleagues in the Collection Team and with other departments.
Collecting feedback from clients and consumers and thereby supporting the improvement of technology and services.
Requirements
Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Romanian and very good English skills (written and spoken), Polish language skills are a plus.
First relevant experience in B2C customer service, ideally with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.
Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to continuously improve processes and standards.
Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.
