  • Revenue Systems Manager leading and scaling revenue analytics ecosystem for a SaaS company. Overseeing CRM architecture and collaborating with finance and operations leadership for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale sales technology and revenue analytics ecosystem
  • Manage architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of CRM environment
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance leadership
  • Build and lead dedicated development teams in India for Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Oversee custom CRM development, integrations, marketing automation workflows
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership to align systems with business needs

Requirements

  • 8-12 years in CRM systems / Enterprise Systems
  • 5+ years managing technical development teams
  • Strong hands-on background in Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience designing CRM workflows, data models, and automations
  • Proven track record delivering multi-system integration programs
  • Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with JIRA and Release Management
