Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience in executive-level talent strategy, talent operations, performance management, and coaching
Strong business acumen
Proven ability to develop and execute senior-level talent strategies

Expertise in managing senior-level talent pipelines
Experienced in leading performance review committees
