About the role

  • Partner Talent Management Lead driving firm performance and leadership pipeline strength at Oliver Wyman. Engaging with senior leadership to shape and execute Partner talent architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted career advisor, coach, and sounding board for Partners
  • Collaborate with the Partner Development Council to design and deliver tailored Partner development programs
  • Lead the Partner Review Committee process
  • Own the execution of Partner performance management processes
  • Champion the onboarding and integration experience for new Partners
  • Provide timely, pragmatic input on Partner employment relations matters
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports on Partner performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in executive-level talent strategy, talent operations, performance management, and coaching
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to develop and execute senior-level talent strategies
  • Trusted advisor to senior leadership
  • Expertise in managing senior-level talent pipelines
  • Experienced in leading performance review committees
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent project management skills
