Responsibilities
Provide authoritative consultation and counseling to hiring managers, external vendors, colleges, and universities
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with departmental and business priorities
Actively participate in the sourcing process, applying innovative techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates
Engage in the screening and interviewing process to meticulously evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role
Coordinate all aspects of recruiting process including maintaining data in systems, extending and negotiating offers, initiating onboarding
Lead negotiations to secure top talent, ensuring that offers align with candidate expectations and company standards
Take charge in or contribute to recruiting projects that support company growth
Maintain current knowledge of financial position, competitive landscape, and locations to advise recruiting strategies
Apply your business sense to align recruiting efforts with strategic goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Over 3 years of work experience in a related field
Shown experience in talent market research and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication skills for effective collaborator interaction
Strong project management skills, including tracking achievements, breakthroughs, and handling risks
Ability to closely follow standard methodologies and company policies
Proficient in English communication (writing/speaking).
