About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Intern supporting Global Talent Acquisition activities at Givaudan in Budapest. Ensuring accurate processing of recruitment tasks and collaborating with teams across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all Global Talent Acquisition support activities in accordance with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements
  • Manage and dispatch incoming tickets in ASK HR in line with the task allocation matrix
  • Schedule interviews (on-site and online) for different locations
  • Participate in the creation and drafting of regional open positions newsletter and other
  • Take ownership of managing expense reimbursement
  • Handle the employee referral program – execute eligibility check and run relevant reporting on global level
  • Collaborate with peers from other regions to ensure strong global alignment

Requirements

  • Ongoing College or University studies in Human Resources or Related field (with at least 1 year remaining)
  • Fluency in English
  • Assertive communication and stakeholder management
  • Accuracy, well-structured work ethic and good time management
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (advance Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), job boards, and application tracking systems
