Responsibilities
Conduct recruitment and selection processes by attracting and evaluating candidates with the goal of bringing the best talent to the company;
Work on Entry Programs (Young Apprentice, Internship and Trainee), assisting and supporting the team on these topics in partnership with the appointed consultancy;
Develop attraction and internal mobility strategies by analyzing metrics and the specific needs of each area, aiming to improve the recruitment and selection system;
Plan and implement diversity promotion actions across the area’s processes to help build a more diverse team in multiple dimensions and to positively reinforce the employer brand;
Manage (monitor and control) the area’s metrics through periodic reporting of vacancy status to enable better tracking of process progress by management and the business areas.
Requirements
Desirable knowledge of assessment instruments and/or profile evaluation tests used in assessment processes;
Desirable experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Gupy, Vagas.com, Oracle);
Experience managing 15 to 30 concurrent selection processes;
Experience running entry programs (internship, Young Apprentice and trainee programs);
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
