About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst conducting selection processes for attracting top talent at Vibra Energia. Involves program management and diversity initiatives while tracking recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes by attracting and evaluating candidates with the goal of bringing the best talent to the company;
  • Work on Entry Programs (Young Apprentice, Internship and Trainee), assisting and supporting the team on these topics in partnership with the appointed consultancy;
  • Develop attraction and internal mobility strategies by analyzing metrics and the specific needs of each area, aiming to improve the recruitment and selection system;
  • Plan and implement diversity promotion actions across the area’s processes to help build a more diverse team in multiple dimensions and to positively reinforce the employer brand;
  • Manage (monitor and control) the area’s metrics through periodic reporting of vacancy status to enable better tracking of process progress by management and the business areas.

Requirements

  • Desirable knowledge of assessment instruments and/or profile evaluation tests used in assessment processes;
  • Desirable experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Gupy, Vagas.com, Oracle);
  • Experience managing 15 to 30 concurrent selection processes;
  • Experience running entry programs (internship, Young Apprentice and trainee programs);
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
