Responsibilities
For our diverse open positions, you proactively identify suitable talent on relevant platforms and networks
You proactively reach out to candidates, excite them about us, and coordinate next steps in the interview process
You work closely with the People Team to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
You support operational recruiting — from job postings and screening through to candidate communication
Requirements
You are a registered student in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Communication Studies, or equivalent)
Ideally, you have already gained initial exposure to HR or recruiting topics
You are proficient with professional networks (LinkedIn, XING, etc.) and have a sense for new trends
Your independent and structured way of working enables you to keep track of multiple search assignments and deliver reliable results
Your open and persuasive communication helps you engage and motivate talent
