Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top-tier talent as a skilled recruiter.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and external partners.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies reflecting mission and values.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring leaders and refine job descriptions.
  • Employ diverse sourcing strategies to tap into hidden talent pools.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences highlighting the value of EXL.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Healthcare specific industry knowledge, understanding roles, skill sets, and market trends with specific Auditing areas such as:
  • DRG Auditors
  • Clinical Validation Auditors (CVA)
  • Outpatient Auditors
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Relationship-building abilities to foster candidate connections.
  • Strong time management skills for handling multiple tasks.
  • Tech-savviness with applicant tracking systems and other tools.
  • Adaptability to evolving recruitment landscapes.
  • Data-driven mindset to optimize strategies.
  • Negotiation skills for managing offers and expectations.
  • Problem-solving abilities for addressing recruitment challenges effectively.
