Requirements
You are based in Kisumu, Kenya
Post graduate or Master degree in International relations, Social Sciences, project management and development relevant field
Minimum 5 years work experience in the development / humanitarian sector/with NGOs, with at least 2 years’ experience in partnership based programming or community based programming
Good skills and experience in all aspects of programme cycle management - design and development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation
Demonstrable experience of M&E and beneficiary accountability
You have excellent communication skills and are able to represent Tiko in front of donors and at public events with confidence
Experience in organizational capacity development, training, mentoring and coaching
Excellent training, facilitation and capacity building skills
