About the role

  • Managing logistics support and account management under DoD programs in a collaborative environment. Focused on supply chain logistics, data analysis, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the direction and management of the program’s executive support group
  • Perform a full range of account management and order fulfillment functions, inventory analysis, data input, and tracking associated with assigned customer accounts
  • Daily support for IPT planning meetings and IBOM purchase requests
  • Coordinate shipping of assets to/from site and warehouse
  • Provide logistical coordination assistance for ILS working groups, conferences, and meetings
  • Provide logistics subject matter expertise in drafting content and staffing new publications or updates to existing publications
  • Update, maintain, and document equipment inventory database
  • Identify logistic issues, develop suggested courses of action, and provide a written analysis
  • Provide analytic/logistic inputs and prepare reports of analyses
  • Manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS)
  • Monitor and track problems, incidents, failures, and repair status
  • Provide quarterly metrics for hardware failures, issues, and repairs
  • Identify, plan, validate, resource, and update information for effective equipment maintenance
  • Provide gaining commands a system package of end items, support items, and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • FINAL TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility clearance
  • Training, education and or experience in supply chain logistics, information technology network hardware, and warehousing operations and procedures
  • Proficient at SharePoint, Excel pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Experience with warehouse management software
  • Strong verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple time sensitive actions simultaneously.
  • Associate’s degree required
  • Bachelor's degree is desired but not required.
