Responsibilities
Ensure payments to facilities service providers and fixed partners.
Manage parking and mobile phone lines.
Place orders for disposables, beverages, coffee supplies and hygiene products.
Request preventive or ad-hoc maintenance (water coolers, air conditioning, pest control, equipment, etc.).
Send reports and track suppliers' invoices.
Generate labels and organize pickups with the postal service (Correios).
Support management of items in external storage.
Ensure delivery of service anniversary gifts, birthday presents and special kits.
Support the logistics of vouchers and awards.
Manage access and registrations.
Interface with the Infrastructure team for equipment requests and tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields.
Previous experience in administrative routines, facilities or human resources is a plus.
