  • Experienced HR Business Partner working closely with executives on personnel matters. Overseeing HR initiatives, advising on labor law, and ensuring compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with executive management and managers on personnel matters
  • Monitoring and implementation of personnel measures during organizational changes
  • Advice on employment and works council law issues
  • Support for compensation measures and job evaluations
  • Professional cooperation with the works council
  • Point of contact for regulatory inspections by authorities

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a comparable qualification
  • Substantial professional experience in generalist HR work
  • Knowledge of employment law, collective agreements, and works council procedures
  • Confident and reliable when dealing with managers and external partners
  • Solution-oriented thinking and structured working style, even in turbulent situations
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
