Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and best practices
  • Oversee and manage employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Support talent acquisition and lead onboarding processes
  • Partner with leadership to implement performance management programs
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar generalist role
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
