About the role
- HR Referent*in working alongside the Director of HR to manage the employee lifecycle. Supporting VELA Hotels within the Grand Metropolitan group and optimizing HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions together with the Director of HR
- Manage the employee lifecycle for four hotels
- Provide support for additional properties within the Grand Metropolitan hotel group
- Contribute to digitized and optimized processes (HR ticketing system, document creation, payroll, etc.)
Requirements
- Initial experience in human resources
- Ideally experience in hospitality
- Support centralized recruiting via Softgarden
- Provide administrative support using Gastromatic and Belonio
- German language skills are a must
