Responsibilities
As (Senior) HR Business Partner, you advise managers on all HR-management and employment-law matters
You also support employee discussions, change processes and personnel measures across the entire employee lifecycle
Analyzing and handling employment-law issues and developing viable solutions are also part of your responsibilities
You work closely and confidentially with the works council and support co-determination processes
You identify HR trends, derive new measures and actively contribute to HR projects and the further development of our HR activities
Finally, regular travel to our casino locations in Lower Saxony completes your responsibilities
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business administration (e.g., BWL), business law or business psychology — ideally with a focus on HR, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with a comparable additional qualification
Several years of experience in operational HR work, ideally in a comparable HR Business Partner role
Sound knowledge of labor law, social security law and works council/co-determination law
Strong communication and advisory skills as well as excellent organizational ability
Initiative, a solution-oriented working style and team orientation
Willingness to travel within Lower Saxony
