HRIS Analyst responsible for governance of People Operations systems and workforce data at Agile Defense. Role focuses on data-driven insights and ensuring system integrity.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the ownership, optimization, and governance of People Operations systems and workforce data
Ensure that UKG and Smartsheet are configured, maintained, and leveraged to deliver accurate data, scalable workflows, audit-ready documentation, and actionable workforce insights
Enable data-driven decision-making across People Operations and leadership by translating workforce data into meaningful insights
Own HRIS Configuration and Optimization (UKG)
Manage system updates, releases, and enhancements in coordination with vendors and IT
Conduct regular audits of employee data
Design and maintain workforce dashboards using UKG reporting and Smartsheet analytics
Manage and support integrations between UKG, Smartsheet, LMS, and other People Ops tools
Analyze workforce trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field preferred
2–4 years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, or analyzing HRIS platforms within a People Operations or Human Resources function
Hands-on experience with HR data management, reporting, and system transactions (e.g., job changes, compensation updates, employee lifecycle events)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
