About the role

  • HRIS Analyst responsible for governance of People Operations systems and workforce data at Agile Defense. Role focuses on data-driven insights and ensuring system integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the ownership, optimization, and governance of People Operations systems and workforce data
  • Ensure that UKG and Smartsheet are configured, maintained, and leveraged to deliver accurate data, scalable workflows, audit-ready documentation, and actionable workforce insights
  • Enable data-driven decision-making across People Operations and leadership by translating workforce data into meaningful insights
  • Own HRIS Configuration and Optimization (UKG)
  • Manage system updates, releases, and enhancements in coordination with vendors and IT
  • Conduct regular audits of employee data
  • Design and maintain workforce dashboards using UKG reporting and Smartsheet analytics
  • Manage and support integrations between UKG, Smartsheet, LMS, and other People Ops tools
  • Analyze workforce trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, or analyzing HRIS platforms within a People Operations or Human Resources function
  • Hands-on experience with HR data management, reporting, and system transactions (e.g., job changes, compensation updates, employee lifecycle events)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
