Responsibilities
You support the expansion of our teams by proactively sourcing candidates across various channels
You translate our project requirements into precisely worded job postings
You communicate with applicants, schedule interviews and assist with the interview process
You contribute ideas when creating onboarding materials
You manage 1–2 open positions simultaneously — with clear targets that we steer together
You will gradually familiarize yourself with topics such as data protection, IT and labor law
You learn how to structure and standardize HR processes holistically
You conduct needs and market analyses to make working at InfoTip even more attractive

Requirements
Very good German and English skills (German C1; English B2) to confidently conduct interviews
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree (e.g., business administration, social sciences)
Ideally some initial experience in recruiting or HR
Confident use of Office applications and willingness to learn various HR tools
Affinity for social media
Analytical thinking and a precise working style
Willingness to learn about the legal aspects of personnel management
