Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates, while also supporting various stages of the recruitment process.
Shadow and support screening interviews, learning Juniper’s candidate evaluation approach.
Lead the development and launch of a centralized employee FAQ resource.
Review, update, and improve People documentation including policies and guides.
Support onboarding and off-boarding processes, including platform setup and documentation.
Build and maintain People Operations templates, trackers, and a master administrative People calendar.
Assist with engagement initiatives and team culture activities.
Identify inefficiencies in People Operations processes and propose practical improvements.
Support day-to-day People Team admin and respond to basic employee inquiries.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Co-op program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Comfortable working with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and HRIS platforms (BambooHR) – asset, not required.
Ability to take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, growing environment.
