Responsibilities
Support employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions, including assistance during open enrollment periods.

Maintain accurate and complete employee documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources, legal, or related administrative role.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage accurate documentation and sensitive information.
Strong communication skills written and verbal.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Outlook and other Office 365 Tools.
Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, and PandaDoc preferred.
2–4 years of paralegal experience, preferably with exposure to employment law or labor-related matters.
