About the role

  • HR People Partner at Virtuos collaborating with teams to enhance employee engagement and talent development. Playing a key role in shaping people strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership with managers and team leaders: consulting on people management, support in making HR decisions.
  • Support for the full cycle of HR processes in assigned teams.
  • Improving team effectiveness through regular meetings, analysis of dynamics, and facilitation of change.
  • Performance management: launching and supporting assessment cycles, coordinating PIPs, working with low performers.
  • Developing employee development plans together with managers.
  • Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes and their continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring team morale, identifying risks, and preventive work.
  • Preparing HR analytics, guides and participating in the formation of recommendations for management.
  • Participating in projects to develop culture, leadership, and engagement.
  • Facilitating team meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • At least 1-1,5 years of experience in HR role or employee relations role in IT companies.
  • Experience in building partnerships with managers: consulting, coaching, support in resolving team issues.
  • Understanding of HR processes: performance management, talent development, onboarding/offboarding, succession planning.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data for planning and decision-making.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
