About the role

  • Strategic Growth & Partnerships Manager supporting the immigration & relocation practice. Focusing on business development and cultivating relationships across Malta and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of identifying and generating new outbound business opportunities
  • Develop and roll out structured outbound business development initiatives aligned with revenue targets, market expansion goals, and jurisdictional priorities defined by the team
  • Promote Malta residence and relocation programmes, along with selected European and Caribbean relocation and investment migration options
  • Focus on business generated through direct outreach, travel networking, and relationship management
  • Identify, approach, and cultivate new intermediary partners, referral networks, and strategic relationships across Malta, Europe, and other regions
  • Maintain relationships with intermediaries to generate recurring revenue
  • Lead commercial discussions through direct outreach and identify proposed partnership arrangements
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant immigration and investment migration programmes to support intermediary discussions
  • Identify new intermediary markets and revenue opportunities
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of intermediary relationships, commercial discussions, and partnership documentation in line with internal procedures
  • Travel to support business development activities
  • Support long-term commercial growth

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business development and sales—ideally within professional services, immigration, financial services, or international markets
  • Fluency in English at a C2/native level
  • Solid experience hitting revenue targets through direct sales
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to find, negotiate, and close opportunities
  • Experience working with cross-border clients and international intermediaries
  • Confident networker with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated. target-driven, and comfortable working to measurable goals
  • Strategic thinker who can turn market insights into action
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support business development efforts and strengthen relationships with partners
