Responsibilities
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including revenue targets and pipeline development.
Drive revenue growth through partner-led opportunities and ensure a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
Expand the partner ecosystem by developing existing partners and recruiting new high-potential partners.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner leadership to support long-term business growth.
Support partner success through training, certifications, and joint go-to-market activities.
Collaborate with partners and Extreme field sales and SE teams to drive joint opportunities and successful customer outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience managing channel partners within the IT industry.
Strong track record driving products, solutions, and services through a multi-tier channel model.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with partner executives, sales leaders, and technical teams.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with regional and global teams.
Ability to translate technical differentiators into business value for partners and customers.
Japanese (Native) and English (Business level).
