Responsibilities
Responsible for technical clarification, Quotes, Follow up, order handling in a timely manner
Proactively visit buying and non-buying customers in SEA to promote the sales of spare parts and modernization projects
Data entry in the ERP system, SAP Navision
Project specific investigations, liaising with factory, suppliers, customers and Reps
Process all Spare part and Repair orders from A-Z
Process warranty claims and following up with customers and Reps to ensure defective parts to be returned to factory promptly
Monitor delivery dates, keep customers informed
Frequent Communication with all our customers, Reps in SEA and factories in Europe and USA
Provide frequent Updates on spare part catalogue and Price Lists
Frequent improve current processes
Stick to all ISO related rules and processes
Requirements
Technical Education with strong commercial knowledge
Few years’ work experience
Very good knowledge of MS Office software
Experience in use of ERP systems such as SAP and Navision
