About the role
- HPEFS Adoption Manager driving the adoption of products and services across sales and end-to-end segment teams. Partnering with GTM, Business Development, and Category Management teams to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
- The HPEFS Adoption Manager is responsible for driving the adoption of roadmap-aligned HPEFS products and services across sales and end-to-end segment teams.
- This role partners closely with GTM (Go-To-Market) Teams, Business Development, and Category Management teams to ensure successful execution and adoption of strategic initiatives.
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs and buying behaviors, shares best practices and learnings, and acts as an evangelist for HPEFS product and program adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience within a customer facing role or a consulting position.
- Previous sales or sales operations experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of HPEFS go-to-market strategies, business units, and segments.
- Experience with adoption and enablement activities in a complex, global organization.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Working knowledge of business applications such as SFDC.
