Support the rollout of new processes and technology, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance.
Deliver targeted training and mentoring to store office teams on best practices and systems.
Assist with new store openings and change of ownerships, providing hands-on support and guidance throughout the process.
Requirements
Experience in financial systems
Strong background in SAP
Expertise in system implementation and change management
Ability to deliver software training to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
Experience in corporate or ERP reporting systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
