Responsibilities
Perform all duties and responsibilities of a Relationship Manager I level position with added lending approval authority
Actively solicit new deposit and loan relationships via networking, community involvement, cross-selling and business development activities
Establish and maintain excellent rapport with key branch customers
Provide detailed explanations of different types of loans and credit options available to customers
Call on existing clients to review portfolios, evaluate current financial conditions, and make recommendations
Ensure compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements by reviewing and updating all credit loan files
Actively manage a credit portfolio to ensure compliance with Bank, regulatory and credit requirements
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline is preferred but not required
A minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in field or related area with strong emphasis on customer service, sales and credit portfolio management
