About the role

  • Strategic Account Manager developing ICT revenue for Fathom. Leveraging existing network to drive growth in high-tech manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as both an enterprise seller and vertical leader
  • Rapidly penetrate named and whitespace ICT / IEE accounts using your existing network
  • Originate, structure, and close high-value manufacturing programs
  • Compress sales cycles through strong qualification, executive access, and decisive deal leadership
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, and site leadership to win and scale programs
  • Shape pricing strategy, deal structure, and customer engagement within guardrails
  • Build executive-level relationships that lead to multi-program, multi-year growth
  • Represent Fathom externally as a strategic manufacturing partner—not just a vendor

Requirements

  • A proven hunter / rainmaker with enterprise credibility
  • Deep background in contract manufacturing (or adjacent OEM/EMS environments)
  • Well-connected across ICT, electrification, energy, or adjacent hardware ecosystems
  • Comfortable owning ambiguity, setting strategy, and moving fast
  • Equally effective in the boardroom and on the factory floor
  • Motivated by impact, autonomy, and building something meaningful at scale.
