You assist in building scalable HR structures and contribute best-practice ideas and innovations.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in HR management, ideally in a dynamic or strongly digital environment.
Deep understanding of modern HR work — both operational and strategic.
Strong affinity for digital tools, HR systems and data-driven decision making.
Experience in HR project work or implementing new tools/processes is an advantage.
Excellent communication and advisory skills, as well as confident stakeholder management.
Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
