About the role

  • Senior HR Manager responsible for developing HR strategies and tools at EUPD Group. Focused on operational excellence and digital innovation in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You further develop our HR strategy and shape modern, future-oriented HR practices.
  • You analyze HR metrics and derive measures for organizational and personnel development.
  • You are responsible for demanding recruitments and continue to expand our talent acquisition framework.
  • You optimize candidate experience, employer branding and recruiting processes.
  • You drive the digitization of our HR processes and further develop our HR tools and systems (e.g., Zoho).
  • You contribute to the expansion of HR reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • You support change and transformation processes (e.g., collaboration, processes, culture).
  • You design and implement measures for personnel and leadership development.
  • You independently manage HR projects with high visibility and accountability for results.
  • You assist in building scalable HR structures and contribute best-practice ideas and innovations.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in HR management, ideally in a dynamic or strongly digital environment.
  • Deep understanding of modern HR work — both operational and strategic.
  • Strong affinity for digital tools, HR systems and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in HR project work or implementing new tools/processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills, as well as confident stakeholder management.
  • Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
