Responsibilities

  • Partnering with leaders to drive people strategies that enable business success
  • Providing thoughtful guidance on a wide range of people topics

  • Working closely with managers and leaders
  • Managing employee relations matters
  • Supporting and coaching managers through performance management
  • Leading talent processes such as performance cycles
  • Partnering with Recruiting to support workforce planning
  • Contributing to projects and initiatives that enhance the impact of the HRBP function

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in HR, with experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles
  • A strong relationship builder who influences through trust, clear communication, and sound judgment
  • A thoughtful problem solver who connects business priorities, people strategies, and data to drive effective outcomes
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple initiatives
  • Skilled at managing sensitive situations with discretion, confidence, and empathy
  • Experience coaching managers and supporting teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
