About the role

  • HR Administrator role in the College of Science and Engineering enhancing HR services through a new HR Administration Hub. Full-time support for recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support administrative activities and processes across recruitment and the wider employee lifecycle
  • Be part of a new HR Administration Hub, launching in February 2026
  • Deliver streamlined, consistent and high-quality HR administration support to our people and managers

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience in busy relevant working environment
  • Customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a team and liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • A positive, can-do attitude with commitment to delivering accurate work
  • Experience of using an HR or Payroll system would be beneficial
