About the role

  • Sales Recruitment Manager responsible for the complete recruitment sales cycle and business development. Specializing in Executive Search and Personnel Placement at eAces GmbH.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closing and managing the full recruitment process.
  • Acquisition of new clients and driving business development.
  • Creating and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand our client base and global reach.
  • Negotiating terms with clients and candidates.
  • Advising clients and assisting in filling open positions with qualified professionals.
  • Identifying and proactively approaching qualified candidates through various channels and networks.
  • Overseeing the complete recruitment process and conducting contract negotiations with clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven sales talent with high motivation, ambition and self-initiative.
  • Experience as a Business Developer is an advantage.
  • Experience in recruitment.
  • IT vocational training or a university degree.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
