Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to assisting with hiring decisions.
Research and develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct video, phone, and in-person interviews.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
Handle recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates.
Work closely with the marketing team to creatively market our brand in Montreal and Canada through events, university presentations, and social media
Requirements
Education: Undergraduate degree or higher with solid academic performance.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in a recruitment agency. Prior exposure to recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus, but not required.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required (Written and verbal).
