Requirements
Currently enrolled in a local college or university
Major in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Pursuing a bachelor’s (sophomore–senior) or master’s degree in human resources preferred
Minimum GPA of 2.5
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Prior experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies is preferred.
